FAQs
1. When will I get my order? Because majority of the items are made to order, it takes 5-7 days to make/create them and then another 3-7 business days to ship (longer with international orders). Thank you for your patience as we do our part to avoid mass production and textile waste. Some items that are already available and in stock (such as shell jewelry) might come faster woohoo!
2. My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do? Before getting in touch with us, please check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address first.
3. How do I track my order? You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at aeislandcreative@gmail.com or send us a DM on instagram @aeislandcreative.
4. I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do? We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please drop us a line at aeislandcreative@gmail.com or send us a DM on instagram @aeislandcreative within 7 days of receiving the product with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
5. What’s your return policy? Because all items are made to order, we don’t offer returns and exchanges, BUT if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us (please refer to #4).
6. Can I exchange an item for a different size/color? At this time, we don't offer exchanges as all items are made to order. If you received the wrong size or item, please refer to #4).
